I looked at the reviews on Trustpilot after I had ordered and to be honest I was a bit worried but I have just received my order a few days after placing the order and I am absolutely delighted and impressed with the ease of ordering, speed of delivery and overall efficiency of the process! My experience has been wonderful and I will definitely be ordering again. I am so looking forward to trying some new flavours that I have ordered.

Company is absolute joke, never ever any purchase cost me that much stress. I ordered coffee machine with 6 packs of capsules for 49,99. Unfortunately package went missing. DHL made a mess with delivery. Took me 3 weeks to find out that it’s been returned to their warehouses. I checked on their website and unfortunately set I wanted to buy cost now 85 pounds, so decide to call them and ask to send my parcel back to me, unfortunately lady I spoke with said that she can only offer me £10 voucher. I’m so angry, disappointed and frustrated like I haven’t been in ages. Avoid at all cost. Customer service is useless and wouldn’t even bother to answer your emails.

It's really sort of multinational company anyway for many many reasons there. I do hope to make it really possible with them for that much better. How else you should went out with that ? I love their coffee and related products and can recommend them to anyone else.

I have ordered twice from Tassimo Denmark in the last month and a half, first time I contacted them after 10 days of not having heard a word, but the money had been taken from my account, I was informed that for some reason they had forgotten to send me a track and trace, ok no problem right? I ordered more tassimo coffee, and the same thing happened again, I contacted them after 11 days, and it was sorry we forgot to send you a track and trace, but its ready for pick up.

I love this coffee! Really easy to use and clean

Purchased the Tassimo 1000UCBetter and extremely happy with this brewer. Have owned Keurig's in the past and while they provide a breadth of coffee brand options, the Tassimo machine gives you more choices for cafe style drinks like cappucinos and lattes. Happy with the machine quality and functionality and recommend this brewer to anyone looking for more coffee beverage choices at home.
